My fixed fee for all PODE reports is £1,900 + VAT (£2,280), which equates to £1,140 for each party.
That fee will be payable in three instalments, structured as follows:

Initial: I request 25% of your individual share of the fee £285 each (£237.50 + VAT each) upfront. I will not commence work until payment has been received for both invoices.
Interim: I will then invoice for a further 25% which is £285 each (£237.50 + VAT each) once all the pension information has been obtained. I will not commence work until payment has been received.
Final: I raise the final invoices for the remaining 50% which amounts to £570 each (£475 + VAT each) once the report is completed. On receipt of both payments for that, I will issue the report.
